At The Daily Drop, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom products
  • Hygiene-related items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was sent

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After processing begins, cancellations may no longer be possible.
